What is The Interlude?
The Interlude creates personalised art that captures your favourite music moments. From concert memories to meaningful songs, we help you celebrate the soundtrack of your life.
What is the quality of the prints?
We use high-quality paper 180-250gsm and leading printing techniques to ensure your poster looks amazing and lasts for years.
How does Bundle & Save work?
- If you buy 2 items or more you will save 10% on each product (auto-applied in checkout)
- This cannot be used in conjuction with other discount codes
What frames do you use?
The frames are made from pine and come in 4 colors: black & white.
They are 20-25mm thick and 10-14mm, providing the perfect balance of durability and style.
To keep your poster looking its best, we use shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect it from damage.
We include hanging hardware with every order, making it easy to hang the frame in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
The poster is ready-to-hang as the poster is delivered within the frame. It is ready to be hung directly on the wall.
What canvas do you use?
- Canvas Material: Responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, cotton-polyester blend (300-350gsm, 350-400 microns).
- Thickness: Slim (2cm)
- Hanging Kit: Included, varies by country.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days with UK delivery taking 2-4 days. Delivery times outside the UK vary by location.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at support@theinterlude.com so we can follow up with the shipping carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently no, but we are working on so stay tuned. Sign up at the bottom of the 'About Us' page for news.

Personalised Designs
How do I create a personalised poster?
- Click 'personalised design' in the header menu
- Choose your design, size and style
- Click 'Personalise' and wait for the tool to load
- Once the tool has loaded, look for the small personalise button & click
- Make the design your own, add to basket & checkout
How can I personalise my design?
All of our designs are different but some personalisation options are:
- Colour
- Text
- Images
- QR Link
I made a mistake in my design, can I change it?
It depends if we have already sent your design to print, contact us as soon as - we can't make any promises but we'll try our best to help you!
Interactive QR Code
Are there any special features in the posters?
Some of our posters include QR codes for quick access to your favourite songs, albums, or playlists, making it easy to relive those memories anytime.
What can QR codes link to?
In short - anything with a URL (www.)
Some good examples are:
- Music Playlists, Albums or Songs
- Personal Memories e.g. iCloud Albums or media
I have added a URL to my design, why won't the QR code update?
All QR codes are updates after purchase.
Please double check you URL is correct before placing order and your design will have a working QR code when it arrives.
